Connecting Citizens with Sindh Solid Waste Management Board
The SSWMB Citizen’s Portal is a step forward towards establishing efficient service delivery by taking on board general public and national institutions across the Sindh. This multiyear application allow citizens to suggest further improvement, register their complaints and grievances about Front End Collection, GTSs and Landfill sites operation.
These complaints and grievances are automatically forwarded to the concerned Deputy Director for appropriate remedial actions. Citizens can share upload picture/video/audio and hand written text files in support of their complaints to ensure proper action.
This portal also enables the SSWMB to communicate directly with the citizens to make routine and urgent announcements. Public opinion link is also a feature to collect the concerns and preferences of the citizens for efficient service delivery.
